3x3 Deadlift

For Time:
10 Cleans, Run 200m
9 Cleans, Run 200m
8 Cleans, Run 200m
etc... until you get to
1 Clean, run 200m

Skills:
KB Turkish Get-up
Bar Lever

    My running sucks but I felt like I crushed the Clean Squats of 115lbs

    Deadlifts 135x3 155x3 (2 sets) Yay I went up 20lbs since last week!!! ;)

    that was a tough WOD. I didn't get a chance to do Squats or Deadlifts though. I will hit one of those things tomorrow
