First!It was like 18:40 something.My running sucks but I felt like I crushed the Clean Squats of 115lbs
deads ended with a 495x3, scaled WOD to power snatch with 16:29 time. Yep Carl still beat me!

I did 45lbs Clean Squats for the WOD 13:40Deadlifts 135x3 155x3 (2 sets) Yay I went up 20lbs since last week!!! ;)
Scaled to 85lbs Clean Squats for WOD 18:30
GUys...squat-cleans or cleans... though im sure we can do some "clean" squats in the future
LOLgive me a break, I was smoked!that was a tough WOD. I didn't get a chance to do Squats or Deadlifts though. I will hit one of those things tomorrow
