Winners of the Miss Plastic Hungary beauty pageant smile together after the contest in Budapest, Hungary. It's a night for unnatural beauties. ReplyDeleteA couple fo things. We will have the equipment at Palma hall this week! That's right. A full crossfit set up EXCEPT we will not have a pull up system and a rack! I think we can get these over time.
Lunchtime and PT should be open to train. I will be hitting the WOD's personally at 1600. I am following the Crossfit Football website. I will most likely but a Rack of my own very soon that way I can do it all at Palma
We need to have some boxes built. I will have the TRX stuff here soon as well. That really appeals more to me becasue of wrestling but if your interested we can do that and maybe work it in
