    WOD @ 225: 4:25. I need to add weight next time.

    In related CFFK ass-kicking news, Larry, Zach, and I competed in the Warrior Tasks competition last week and we all placed. Larry and I fared a bit better. Belt buckles and coins for the crossfitters! For an event that I had 9 hours prior warning and didn't train for, I'd say Crossfit certainly prepared me.
