Strength:
Ring Dips 3 x 15
Chin Ups 3 x 15

WOD:
8 Sets total of each exercise:
20 seconds work
10 seconds Rest

**Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Rest 5 mins
**Kettlebell Swings
Rest 5 mins
**Thrusters
Do as many reps you can of the particular exercise in 20 seconds. Try have someone time you and count your reps. The point of this is for quick timed reps so don't try and use real heavy weight. This WOD should Tabata yo ass!

Skill:
Handstand practice 3 mins total
Stop timer when not in handstand
