**Anouncement**

CFFK Athletes,

I want to personally thank everyone who has made CrossFit Fort Knox a reality. This has been my dream to run this affiliate and my passion to train with you. I will be deploying back to Iraq in a few short days to tie up some loose ends from my last deployment... It may be up to a year before I get back (maybe much less) and I want you to know CFFK will still be in operation. I will still be posting WODs and helping the remaining coaches with admin issues. Afternoon classes will still take place at Gammon PFC and we have a number of Athletes that will be getting their level 1 certs to help train. Equipment has arrived for 16th CAVs CF facility and as soon as they decide where to put it, I will put the notice out. Also, combatives and CFFK Coach Jason Keaton welcomes all Fort Knox CrossFitters to continue to train any time in the fight house at Palma Hall. Coach Sian will still be available to train at the garage gym and at the 165th ALS at the Kentucky Air Guard in Louisville.

My apologies for the website taking a hiatus but it is back up and we will once again have CFFK programming posted. In addition, classes will still utilize programming from CrossFit Football, CrossFit Endurance, and Gymnastic Bodies skill work. I will be training and posting comments as CFFK in Baghdad. If Camp Victory has a CF Operation- I link up with those guys for a while.

Thanks again for your support and I look forward to seeing everyone in the future. Keep in touch!

v/r,

Carl
