ReplyDeleteJust a heads up to everyone. I have been hitting Crossfit at 1600. Generally it is lift and right to the WOD. I may hit the wod later or a sclaed version because of BJJ/ Judo. If you would like to train at these sessions I recommend you get a good base with Carl first. I will wathc your lifts and tell you what you are doing but I won't be instructing too much
Also, we will be getting a nice Crossfit package soon that will be at Palma hall. We should be able to pick up more members from Combatives since CF is the best conditioning for it
