Awesome job from the On-Ramp class tonight. They are a really good group of girls who bring alot of intensity. Also, we were glad to have Chris, from Red Stick CrossFit in Baton Rouge, LA, join us tonight. He is on TDY to Ft. Knox for the month of October. Good Stuff all around today.
