On the twelfth and final workout of the On-Ramp class , Aspen and Lacey repeated the first workout of On-Ramp and the results were incredible. Aspen increased her work capacity by a whopping 31% and shaved almost 5 minutes off of her time. Lacey, who had a great time to begin with, was able to increase her work capacity by 19%, and also beat the previous best class time by over a minute. Two women on their way to elite fitness. CrossFit works. Results don't lie.
