Front Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5

WOD:
Complete each event with continuously running clock:
10 rounds(of just the row intervals)-1 min row/:30 sec rest
followed by:
22 Kettle bell thrusters (2-1.5pood(53#)/2-.5pood(18#))
22 Kettle bell weighted step ups (24"/20")

Skills:
GHD Sit-ups
Barbell Supine Wipers
