Strength:
1x5 Deadlift (add 10# to last 1x5)

WOD:
"The Bear"
7 sets of the sequence:
Power clean
Front squat
Push press
Back squat
Push press
5 rounds
Rest between rounds as needed. Try to add weight each set.You may not rest with the bar on the ground during a set- not even to fix your grip.
