WOD Saturday 04 JUL 09

Just so everyone knows, Carl and Siany headed out to Cali today for 10 days. He will be getting his certification in gymnastics and competing in the Affiliate Cup for the Crossfit Games, so please give him lots of support and wish him luck! Strong support from the surrounding community is also needed for one of our own former Fort Knox Crossfitters, Rory Hanlin (took 3rd place in the Midwest Qualifiers for the games) he will be competing at the games, and along side him will be Ben Carter from Derby City Crossfit ( who took 2nd place in the Midwest qualifiers). And of course we will be routing for the entire Derby City team they are part of our wonderful Crossfit Community we need to back them 110%. So to all of those competing, good luck and remember we are here at home routing for you!
