  1. 10-min Warrior Challenge

    "This routine requires 10 consecutive minutes of exercise. Pair up individuals to keep track of each others scores. You can perform the exercises in any order. There are no rest periods allowed during the 10 minutes. If you stop to rest, your score is reset to zero.
    Points are awarded for each repetition of: Squats (1 point), Push ups (2 points), Pull ups (3 points) and Burpees (4 points)"
