WOD:Quarter Gone Bad ( CF Football)

Five rounds for total reps of:
135 pound Thrusters for 15 seconds, Rest 45 Seconds
50 pound Weighted pull-ups for 15 seconds, Rest 45 Seconds
Burpees for 15 seconds Rest, 45 Seconds
Post total reps to comments.

  1. press 3x5- 65#, 75#, last set only got 3 reps at 75#
    WOD: w/65# for thrusters and regular pull-ups
    Total:81 ( only rested 30seconds between each exercise)
