    Thanks Carl for starting a program like this in knox. I'm really excited to have a group to keep me accountable on form, provide a sense of that CF community we talked about, and do some programming for me so i dont keep avoiding my weaknesses. Can't wait to meet everyone and do some more training with your crew.
